1H-2H-16O__Hewitt.pf is the partition function for the (1H)(2H)(16O)
isotopologue of the water molecule across the temperature range 1 - 6000 K.
Data are given in two columns, T /K and Q(HDO), the internal partition function
including nuclear spin degeneracy, gns=6). These data are presenting using the
astronomers' convention (without the gns factor) published in Table 1 of
Ref. [1].
