Contains the complete list of emission lines recorded in this work and I 
Column 1: transition in cm-1
Column 2: peak height in arbitrary units
Column 3: line full width at half maximum in 10-3 cm-1
Column 4-9: J' Ka' Kc' J" Ka" Kc"
Column 10: vibrational transition in normal mode notation. 
         
Unassigned lines: columns 4-10 are blank.          

Assignments are for HDO transitions only. Transitions assigned
to H2O and D2O are so labelled.
Lines with more than one assignment appear twice in the list.


File 2 levels

Contains HDO stretching levels derived during this work
Columns 1-3  J Ka Kc
Column  4    Vibrational assignment in normal mode notation
Column  5    Energy level in cm-1 relative 0 0 0 000 ground state
Column  6    label n means new
             label c means confirmed by combination differences
             label d means that two neighboring levels are assumed degenerate.
unlabelled levels are taken from previous compilations (see text).
