NT high-temperature partition function for H3+, from Ref. [1]
There are two columns in the file 1H3_p__NT.pf, T (in K) and Q, the partition
function including the nuclear spin degeneracy factor. This data appears as
column 6 in Table 3 of Ref. [1]
